Journey to a dream home

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here! Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful sunny day? Here in the Bangalore, Spring has arrived and the weather is absolutely perfect! I have much inspiration to share with you today! Oh and of course..this project I created using Dusty Attic chipboard embellishments.... they are so beautiful and whimsical.
First project of this month and that means it's time to start enjoying the challenges. Dusty attic Mood Board March challenge! This time the mood board is inspired by the 'Life is a journey' and Happiness. So it should be lots of beautiful natural imagery and cool summery colors.
And here is my inspiration
Life is journey....we are big believers in enjoying each day, enjoying the journey to the dream...

Dusty attic chipboard used on this

I have used a brick stencil on the background

The Dusty Attic door was first painted with white Gesso with Prima Teal mica powder. Then I applied a Trim Holtz Distress crackle clear medium and heat it up a little bit to get some texture. Once dry, I randomly painted with Prima iridescent gold
A4 size chipboard is my base of this project.....i made dimensional part, like canvas back

That's it for today!
Hope you enjoyed this post.

Here is my entry

  1. This is so beautiful Suzna but unfortunately our rules state that we only accept layouts, canvases and art journal spreads in our main challenge, no "off the page" projects. I am so sorry because I can see you have put in a great effort with your wonderful creation. Hope to see you submit a layout perhaps. :)
